A. Design basic：

Source water: underground water conductivity 593us/cn.

Water temperature：2—40℃

Feed water pressure：0.3—0.4Mpa

Permeated flowrate:10m3/hr,

Voltage and Frequency: Suitable for local power phase

Recovery rate:75%, Inflow water capacity:15m3/H

B. Client should supply basic condition：

Plant size: 8*1.2*1*2.7m（L* W * H）, required floor smooth, floor ground should have drain trench.

Water quality basic steady， pressure steady.

User power supply:18 KW

C.Control method:

Whole system use full/semi automatically control model, both model can be exchanged accordingly. Sand Carbon filter with auto and manual back flush.The RO system automatic flushing at each startup and shutdown. High water level auto stop, low water level auto start. Pump protected without water.

Protected when no power, poor power, larger electrical current, leakage, short circuit.

D. reverse osmosis system Process flow:

Source water tank→Feed water pump →Sand filter→Carbon filter → Cartridge filter →water softener→Security filter→RO system→ permeat tank (Remark: green colour client should be prepare)

 Haiyuan water treament can supply the reverse osmosis system based on the source water analysis report.

The treated water can be direct drinking or used for bottle water.
