The doubel bed/cation bed resin and antion bed resin for our Mexico client.

Based on client would like save the cost. Each plant need 60m3/hr flow rate.

The device adopts bag filter + cation bed+Antion bed process, uses automated Control system, with a manual operation function.

Principle: The hard water through bag filter,cation resin, Antion resin reduce the hardness of in the water then the water can used for Agricultural irrigation.

Now we choose the purolite resin as the cation resin and antion resin.

The system Consists of pumps bag filter+ filter vessel(with cation resin)+antion fitler( antion resin)+bag filter.

After the system running about 10 days then the cation resin and antion resin need regeneration. The detail generation time based on the feed water hardness and TDS and client detail requirement can be adjust it.
