The basic process flow as below:

1. Water source-water intake pump room, use high-lift, high-power water pumps, pay attention to consider part of the head loss when selecting the water pump, and control the water intake according to the user's demand.

2. Potassium permanganate-pre-ozone-pre-chlorination. The method of adding potassium permanganate and chlorine is to set a dosing point on the main water inlet pipe, and pump the medicine directly into the pipe to mix with water. The ozone has a separate structure, and the inside of the tank is fully mixed

3. The mixing tank is mechanically stirred, PAC polyaluminum chloride is added to the tank, and the mixer is mechanically mixed.

4. Flocculation advection sedimentation tank, where the fine suspended particles and colloidal ions in the water flocculate and settle, and the sedimented sludge will be scraped out by the scraper and discharged to the sludge disposal system

5. In the filter tank, the water after flocculation and sedimentation enters the filter tank. The filter material is quartz sand, which can filter out the suspended solids in the water. (Equipped with backwashing system: water flushing + air flushing)

6. Lift the pump room, the water potential energy after the ordinary sand filter is low, and cannot flow into the ozone contact pool and the activated carbon filter by gravity. Here, a lifting pump is needed to obtain greater potential energy in order to successfully complete the subsequent process

7. Ozone contact tank, the water after lifting flows into the ozone contact tank, and ozone is added for sterilization and disinfection. This stage is post-ozone.

8. Activated carbon filter, activated carbon filter material can greatly improve the water quality, the filtered water flows through the central channel of the pipe gallery and then is distributed to the clean pool. (Equipped with backwashing system: water flushing + air flushing)

9. Clean pool-suction well-secondary pump room, the water in the clean pool flows into the suction well, the secondary pump room pump is on standby at any time, press to start, clean and hygienic tap water is delivered to thousands of households through the municipal water supply pipe.

The most difficult point in the operation of water treatemnt plants is to continuously produce clean water that meets the requirements when the quality of the raw water changes. It is a dynamic management. When the season, temperature, microorganisms and other external conditions change, the composition of the raw water also changes, such as summer. With the arrival, the content of algae and microorganisms will explode, and the added chlorine content will increase accordingly, but to what extent can it be increased to ensure sterilization and disinfection without excessive residual chlorine. These are not only based on theoretical calculations, more is the experience accumulated over the years by countless water workers.

Common tap water problems:

1. Open the faucet and find that the water is like milk. This is because the air is mixed into the pipe during the water shutdown. Excessive water pressure will force the air into the water body when the water is supplied again. When it is released from the faucet, it looks milky white due to light refraction, let it stands for two minutes shall be okay.

2. The water body has the smell of 84 disinfection water, which is the smell of HCLO. To ensure that the water body is not continuously polluted by bacteria in the municipal pipeline, it is generally still chlorinated before being sent to the user's home. There is residual chlorine in the water, but the dosage will be strictly controlled,let it stands for two minutes shall be okay.

3. Regarding the issue of drinking water to supplement trace elements, the mineral water and alkaline water gimmicks on the market are more than practical and not necessarily better than boiled water

4. Normal tap water is colorless and transparent. If the water turns red, there will be obvious precipitation after standing. The high probability is because the pipeline has been rusted or damaged, and there will be mud and sand mixed in, should be reported to the water company in time.
