Well water filter system for chicken farm

 Usually most of well water quality is not good. The iron and manganese is over proof. We can not direct use.

How do we know the iron and manganese is over proof.

We can use the below way to get result.

1. If the water become yellow means there are contain iron.

2. If the water become brown means there are contain manganese.

For better testing the detail iron and manganese value.

Please take the sample to lab analysis so that we can make the suitable proposal for you.

Usually the well water filter system have below process:

 1.Quartz sand filter/Multi-mediate filter

 To filter out more than 5 micron particles suspended solids, colloid, impurities such as silt, rust.

2.Active carbon filter

To remove color, odor, residual Chlorine, organic matter ,colloidal silica.

3.Softener  

Reduce or remove Ca2+、Mg2+ ionic , scale formation.

4.Security /Micron/Cartridge filter

 To intercept less than 5 microns particles, in order to prevent it into the reverse osmosis system cause breakdown.

5.Iron/manganese remove filter

Manganese to remove iron, manganese ion.

If the iron and manganese value is higher. Then there are need customized proposal to solve this problem.
