What is an ultra-filtration membrane system:

1. Urban drinking water purification: Urban drinking water mainly comes from groundwater and surface water. 2. Seawater desalination: The ultra-filtration membrane system began to be used for pretreatment before reverse osmosis. Its excellent separation performance and physical and chemical performance have further improved the efficiency of seawater desalination, while greatly reducing energy consumption

 

3. Treatment of electroplating waste water: The amount of waste water produced by the electric industry is huge, and it contains a lot of heavy metals such as hexavalent chromium, copper, nickel, etc., which is extremely harmful and extremely low in biodegradability. In actual work, iron oxidation method electrolysis is often used, but iron oxidation method will A large amount of sludge is produced, and this sludge needs further treatment: Although the electrolysis method can treat electric waste water well, it has a high operating cost and is not suitable for large-scale promotion. The combined use of ultra-filtration system and reverse osmosis system is considered to be an effective method for electrical waste water treatment. The waste water produced by the food industry contains a lot of fat, protein, starch, yeast, etc. If these substances are discharged into the external environment, not only will it cause environmental pollution, but also a lot of waste.
