Reverse Osmosis System Installation Manual

1. Reverse Osmosis System Piping connection

(1) Place the system on the smooth ground which is near the water source and power supply.

(2) Connect the concentrated water outlet of Sand filter+ Activated carbon filter+ Water softener+ RO system to the sewer.

(3) Connect the raw water tank to the feed water pump inlet (As the pic shown).

2. Reverse Osmosis System Level controller connection instructions

(1) 1 to 1st tank - Raw water tank

(2) 2 to 2^nd tank - Product water tank

3. Reverse Osmosis System Circuit connection

(1) Firstly connect the power cord to circuit breaker, then connect to the ground wire (there is yellow-green logo PE in the lower right corner of electric box), then power indicator will light up.

(2) Attention: After connection the circuit, checking the phase sequence is right.nBe sure that the rotating direction of the motor (pump) is in the accordance with the direction pointed on it; otherwise the motor will be damaged. If the direction is in the opposite direction, change the phase sequence. Please check twice.

4. Reverse Osmosis System Commissioning

(1) As we fill the protection liquid inside of the RO membrane, it should be discharged at least 2 hours to wash the protection liquid off.

(2) When commissioning, the RO product water, concentrated water and pure water can not be used, and smell of water is bad.

5. Reverse Osmosis System operation for Auto-stop and Auto-shutdown

(1) When turning the button to Auto (As the pic below in red square), the system runs automatically regardless of whether the feed water pump, high pressure pump, EDI feed water pump ON or OFF (This is the safest way).

(2) When turning the button to OFF (As the pic below in red square), the system stops automatically regardless of whether the feed water pump, high pressure pump, EDI feed water pump ON or OFF.

(3) Note: When turning the button to MAN (Manual), the feed water pump, high pressure pump, EDI feed water pump must turn to ON, then the system will start to operate (Normally we do not suggest manual-operation unless professionals or will easy to cause the damage)

(4) When there is lack of water in the Raw water tank and RO water tank, the system will Auto-stop.

(5) When there is lack of water in Pure water tank but have water in the Raw water tank and RO water tank, the system will Auto-start.

6. Reverse Osmosis System Electrical control fault

(1) If there is lack of water in the Raw water tank, please add the water timely.

(2) If feed water pump or high pressure pump overloaded, it shows that the electrical current is too large; then need to stop the system and it will Auto-start until the heat dissipation.

(3) If the high pressure occurs, it shows that the RO membrane is blocked and need to be replaced.
