The ultrafiltration membrane can intercept macromolecular substances and proteins between 1-20nm, allowing small molecular substances and dissolved solids to pass through, while retaining colloids, proteins, microorganisms and macromolecular organic substances. Ultrafiltration equipment has fewer joints and low water pressure. , the failure rate and water leakage probability are relatively low; simple structure, cheap price; easy operation, low cost, no need to add any chemical reagents, especially the experimental conditions of ultrafiltration technology are mild, and there is no phase change compared with evaporation and freeze drying , and does not cause changes in temperature and pH, thus preventing denaturation, inactivation and autolysis of biomacromolecules. In the preparation technology of biomacromolecules, ultrafiltration is mainly used for desalination, dehydration and concentration of biomacromolecules.

 

The nanofiltration membrane can intercept nano-scale substances, and the filtration accuracy is between ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis. The removal rate of soluble monovalent ions is lower than that of high-valent ions. Nanofiltration is generally used to remove organic matter and pigments in surface water, hardness and radium in groundwater, and partially remove dissolved salts. It is used in the extraction and concentration of useful substances in food and pharmaceutical production. In wastewater treatment, it is used in domestic sewage, textile, printing and dyeing wastewater, tannery wastewater, electroplating wastewater and papermaking wastewater.

 

The reverse osmosis membrane is the membrane product with the highest filtration precision, which can effectively intercept all dissolved salts and organic matter with a molecular weight greater than 100, while allowing water molecules to pass through. Reverse osmosis membranes are widely used in seawater and brackish water desalination, boiler feed water, industrial pure water and electronic grade high-purity water preparation, drinking pure water production, wastewater treatment and special separation processes. The water quality produced by reverse osmosis water treatment equipment is safe, and can effectively remove various organic substances, inorganic substances and microorganisms in raw water.
