Raw water pressure gauge The pressure source is provided by the raw water pump, and the range is about 3kg. Pressure gauge after the cartridge filter and before high pressure pump This meter mainly displays the pressure of the raw water before entering the pump. It can be observed together with the pressure gauge of the raw water supply system to determine whether the filter element of the security filter is invalid or whether it should be cleaned. When the pressure difference is large (more than 60PSI), Indicates that the filter element should be cleaned, if it still fails to meet the requirements after cleaning, it should be replaced. Pressure gauge before membrane and for concentrate water The pressure gauge before the membrane shows the water pressure when the water enters the membrane, and the concentrated water pressure gauge shows the pressure between the last membrane outlet and the concentrated water regulating valve. When these two meters are observed together, the pressure difference can be known, which is very important in actual operation. When adjusting the operating parameters, the system pressure should be adjusted based on the pressure gauge in front of the membrane, especially when the system pressure is at the upper limit and the membrane pressure difference is large, more attention should be paid to this point. Pressure Switch The function of the pressure switch is a protection device for the water pressure to control the operation or stop of the main engine according to the system process requirements. When the raw water supply pressure is lower than the system set value, the pressure switch will automatically turn off the main engine to prevent the high-pressure pump from running out of water. When the pump is idling or when there is no water, it will cause damage to the pump. Its minimum value is roughly set between 20-50PSI. Conductivity meter or resistance meter Its main function is to display the water quality of pure water online when the reverse osmosis equipment is running, and the unit is μs/cm or MΩ. Concentrated water control valve The valve is an important component of the Reverse osmosis equipment. Its main function is to adjust the pressure in the membrane tube to achieve the purpose of adjusting the ratio of pure water and concentrated water. It is used in conjunction with the concentrated water recovery valve to better adjust the pressure in the membrane tube and the output of pure water. The valve should be opened to a certain extent before the equipment is turned on to prevent the pressure in the membrane from suddenly rising beyond the limit when the equipment is started. Flush Solenoid Its main function is to regularly flush the RO membrane surface. When the system is running at high pressure, the flushing solenoid valve suddenly opens, reducing the pressure in the membrane tube, increasing the flow rate in the membrane tube, allowing the concentrated water flow to pass through, and achieving the purpose of flushing the membrane surface. This is the Reverse osmosis equipment. It is an important component of the 3/4 inch inlet and outlet. The low-pressure membrane adopts a solenoid valve of 0-10kg/cm2; the high-pressure membrane adopts a solenoid valve of 0-16kg/cm2. When the equipment is running, the concentrated water regulating valve should be opened for 2-5 minutes every day when the machine is turned on, which can also play the role of flushing the membrane.
