HYWATER Water filtration system
Information about UF treatment plant In the field of water treatment, UF treatment plant is efficient in filtering impurities, and its filtration accuracy can reach 99.99%, which can effectively remove most of the harmful substances in water; and use little or no use Chemical agents can effectively avoid secondary pollution of water quality, so the water quality after treatment is better. In terms of operation, the filtration system based on ultrafiltration membrane technology has a high degree of automation, simple and reliable operation, and only two operations: on and off. Because the material of ultrafiltration membrane has strong chemical stability, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, and high temperature resistance, it can be sterilized at high temperature and has wide applicability. Application of UF treatment plant: 1) Urban drinking water purification 2) Pretreatment part for seawater desalination 3) Treatment of electroplating wastewater 4) Treatment of oily wastewater 5) Urban sewage recycling 6) Food industry wastewater recycling Pollution of UF treatment plant: 1) Colloid pollution: Colloids mainly exist in surface water, and the water contains a large amount of suspended solids such as clay, silt and other colloids, which are extremely harmful to ultrafiltration membranes and are easy to form a gel layer; in addition, iron, manganese and The colloid formed by adding iron or aluminum coagulants in the ultrafiltration pretreatment may form a gel layer on the membrane surface. 2) Organic pollution: Some organic substances in water are artificially added in the water treatment process, such as surfactants, detergents and polymer flocculants, etc., while others exist in natural water; these substances can also be adsorbed on the film surface and impair the performance of the film. 3) Microbial fouling: Microbial fouling is also a risk factor for the safe operation of ultrafiltration membranes. Some nutrients are retained by the membrane and accumulate on the surface of the membrane, forming a complex covering layer. The result not only affects the water permeability of the membrane, but also includes Causes irreversible fouling of the membrane. Maintenance of UF treatment plant: 1) Monitor and record the COD, turbidity and iron/manganese metals of the influent and effluent pretreated by ultrafiltration at least weekly; 2) Calibrate various instruments at least once every three months; 3) The ultrafiltration system is out of operation for 1-2 days for a short period of time, and can run for 30-60 minutes every day or perform a separate backwash; 4) The ultrafiltration system is out of operation for 2-7 days. After thorough backwashing, close the inlet and outlet valves for storage; it can run for 30-60 minutes every day or after backwashing once, inject protective solution (0.5-1.0% NaHSO3 solution) , close the inlet and outlet valves to save; 5) The ultrafiltration system should be out of use for more than 7 days for a long time. After a strengthening backwash before the shutdown, inject a protective solution (0.5-1.0% NaHSO3 solution), and close the inlet and outlet valves for preservation. Check the pH value of the protective solution once a month, and replace the protective solution in time if the pH is less than 3; 6) When the ultrafiltration system is put back into operation after being shut down for a long time, the ultrafiltration device should be continuously rinsed until the discharge water has no foam, and the protective liquid should be rinsed clean. 7) Precautions for chemical cleaning Chemical cleaning is the most effective way to solve the problem of membrane pollution. For specific pollution, only the corresponding cleaning method can be used to achieve good results. If the wrong cleaning chemicals and methods are selected, the situation will sometimes worsen. Therefore, it is necessary to determine the type of fouling on the membrane surface before cleaning. The operation performance of the ultrafiltration system must be strictly monitored during daily operation, including the operating pressure difference and the permeate flow. With the pollution of the ultrafiltration membrane, the pressure difference will increase and the permeate flow will decrease. When the standardized permeate volume drops by 25%, or the standardized transmembrane pressure difference rises by 1.0-2.0bar, chemical cleaning must be carried out to restore its performance; however, it should be noted that if the inlet water temperature drops, the ultrafiltration membrane permeate flow rate It will also decrease, which is a normal phenomenon and not caused by membrane fouling. At this time, the ultrafiltration membrane may not need to be cleaned.
