The designer who dealt with the pharmaceutical company, for which we requested filters with sand and charcoal for 23 m3/day, turned to us for help. They now have a project, they are planning to implement it quickly.  This is also a pharmaceutical company. 

The volume of effluent is 30 m3/day, 1.5-2 m3/hour. The purchase of equipment will be in 2 stages. Filters and reverse osmosis will be in different turns, so please give their costs separately.

Columns are needed for post-treatment of organic compounds, so you need a large volume of loading. Need sand and charcoal filters. There is a nuance - the width of the aperture of 900 mm, so there may be more columns (probably 2 with sand and 2 with coal), as their diameter should allow to enter the aperture. Columns with backwash by pressure (must be manometers) and time.

Can you also pick up a reverse osmosis to be able to disassemble it and bring it into the room through this opening (900 mm)? Please also give us an overall drawing for it, so that we can plan the location of the equipment.pharmaceutical water purification system.png

--------1.5-2m3/hr is the RO output water capacity?      Treated water for produce the medical?   what is the source water? This is the capacity of the reverse osmosis inlet. per hour it will receive 1.5-2m3 of wastewater. This is water after production of medication. The wastewater will contain trace amounts of medication, which must be removed before discharge into the sewer.

--------You mean need diameter is 900mm filter. then use 900X1800mm. you means use 2 sands and 2 coals, each one model is 900X1800. yes. backwash we will use the manometre. The doorway is a maximum of 900 mm, so maybe you have 800 mm filters to have some margin. The capacity of the filters should be like the reverse osmosis 1,5-2m3. I don't know what their standard sizes are. Since we have a size limit, we may need 2 sets - with sand (2 pcs) and with charcoal (2 pcs) of smaller capacity.
