II. EDI deionized water equipment Process flow:
Source water tank → Feed water pump → Multigrade sand filter → Activated carbon filter → Water softener → Security filter → RO high pressure pump → RO system → RO water tank → PH regulation device → Secondary RO high pressure pump → Secondary RO system → Secondary RO water tank → EDI feed water pump → EDI system → Ultraviolet sterilizer → Micro-porous filter → EDI water tank
III. RO deionized water plant Control method:
Whole system use full automatically control model, both model can be exchanged accordingly. Sand filter and Carbon filter with auto and manual back flush.The RO system automatic flushing at each start-up and shutdown. High water level auto stop, low water level auto start.Pump protected without water. Protected when no power, poor power, larger electrical current, leakage, short circuit.
