1.Normally full complete RO EDI Deionized water system have below process:

1) Raw water tank (By customer)

2) Raw water booster pump

3) Sand filter

4) Carbon filter

5) Antiscalant dosing pump + dosing tank

6) Dosing pump + dosing tank (Chlorine removal)

7) Security/ Precision filter.

8) 1st stage RO high pressure pump

9) 1st stage RO membranes

10) 2nd stage RO high pressure pump

11) 2nd stage RO membranes.

12) RO product water tank (By customer) 

13) Dosing pump + dosing tank (pH adjustment)

14) 2 sets of EDI booster pump

15) 2 sets of UV  

16) 2 sets of security/ precision filter

16) 2 sets of EDI comes with 2 sets of EDI DC power supply

17) 1 sets of bypass PVC pipe connections for ion exchange resin column (in case 2 sets of EDI fails)

18) 1 set of pressure relief valve to direct EDI product water back to RO product water tank if EDI product water supply is not required/ closed           (No EDI product water tank, EDI product water directly pumped to production)

19) 1 lot of conductivity, pH, ORP, resistivity meters

20) 1 lot of electrical panel comes with PLC (Mitsubishi), HMI & VFD for high pressure pumps.

21) 1 lot of flow-meter, solenoid valves, manual valves, pressure gauges & etc.

22) Low pressure parts: UPVC

23) All final piping connections (Raw water, RO reject, RO product & etc) are PVC fitting based CNS standard.

24) RO+EDI system included fittings for conversion of CNS PVC fitting to ASTM SCH80 fitting for all final piping connections (item 23) & have  5m of spare pipe for each size of CNS PVC pipe used in RO system. For client  to use for on-site RO system installation

25) RO high pressure pump chosen maximum operating pressure of 20bar.

26) RO+EDI system will be tested for maximum operating pressure of 20bar to check for system design, functionality & defect before delivery.( To show by video call)

27) A lot of spare parts to purchase for RO+EDI
