Precautions for Water treatment plant Construction 1. In the process of construction, commissioning and acceptance of water treatment plant, all parts involving mechanical installation, pipeline construction, welding technology, monitoring instruments and program control should be used in conjunction with design regulations, national standards and corresponding technical conditions. 2. The construction of water treatment plant should be carried out in accordance with the design drawings and relevant technical documents of the manufacturer. Before the plant is in place, the construction unit should check the following items together with the installation, civil construction, and supervision units: (1) The geometric size, corresponding position and elevation of the plant foundation should meet the design requirements (2) The size and position of the embedded parts and reserved holes on the reinforced concrete beams, columns and plant foundations should meet the design requirements (3) Cushion layer should be made on the foundation of flat-bottom water tank equipment. The center of the cushion layer should have a slope outward, and the center should be 15mm~20mm higher than the edge. 3. Before the adjustment and trial operation of water treatment plant, the following work should be completed in civil construction: (1) The anti-corrosion ground, anti-corrosion channel and neutralization tank inside and outside the water treatment room should be completed and checked and accepted. The drainage and slag discharge channels are unimpeded, the trench cover is complete, and the board surface is flush with the ground (2) Painting, floors, platforms, stairs, doors and windows, etc. of the water treatment room shall be completed according to the design requirements (3) Laboratory facilities such as water supply, ventilation, air conditioning, lighting, power supply and laboratory benches should be completed according to the design requirements (4) The structures and anti-corrosion and ventilation facilities of the acid-base storage warehouse shall be fully constructed and qualified 4. All devices of the water treatment plant are installed and ready for use. 5. The electrical, thermal and chemical instruments and operation panels related to the water treatment system should be installed and corrected, the instructions should be correct, the operation should be sensitive, and be able to be put into use (program control devices are not included). 6. The lighting and communication facilities should be able to meet the normal progress of the trial operation. 7. Rotating machinery should pass the test run by the branch. 8. All piping and equipment should be painted in accordance with relevant regulations. 9. The specifications of filter materials, exchange agents and drugs required by water treatment plant should meet the design requirements, and the quantity should meet the needs of starting trial operation, and the filling should be completed.
