1) Congestion index SDl 15<5

2) Turbidity <1.0NTU

3) Organic matter content <1.5

4) Free residual chlorine: polyamide composite membrane <0.1mg/L

5) Cellulose acetate membrane 0.2mg/L～1.0mg/L

6) Operating temperature: usually 4℃～45℃ for composite membrane

7) Iron <0.3mg/L

If one or more of the above objectives are unqualified, the following effects will be formed on the reverse osmosis membrane:

1) The reverse osmosis membrane is polluted by metal oxides

2) Colloid pollution

3) Scale inhibition of RO reverse osmosis membran

4) Pollution of organic matter and microorganisms, which causes the COD of the effluent to rise.

Installation requirements of Reverse osmosis plant

1) On the side where the membrane element is loaded and unloaded, there should be a space not less than 1.2 times the length of the membrane element to for replacement and maintenance of membrane element

2) The plant cannot be placed in dusty, high-temperature and vibrating places. Generally it should be installed indoors to avoid direct sunlight. When the ambient temperature is lower than 4°C, anti-freezing measures must be taken.

3) The reverse osmosis plant should be equipped with a chemical cleaning system or interface for regular cleaning.
