Maintenance troubleshooting Reverse osmosis pure water equipment

1) The switch is turned on, but the euiqment does not start.

- Electrical circuit failure, such as broken fuse, wire falling off

- The thermal protection element is not reset after protection

- The waterway is under-voltage, check the insurance, check the wiring

- The thermal protection element is reset

- Check the waterway to ensure the water supply pressure

2) After the equipment is started, the inlet water solenoid valve does not open.

- The wiring is disconnected

- Internal mechanical failure of solenoid valve

- Solenoid valve coil is broken

- Check the line

- Remove the solenoid valve for maintenance

- Repair or replace the coil

3) Pump runs but not at rated pressure and flow.

- Pump reverse

- Cartridge filter be blocked

- There is air in the pump

- Flush solenoid valve open

- Rewiring

- Clean or replace the filter element

- Remove the air in the pump

- Adjust the pressure after flushing

4) The solenoid valve does not close after flushing.

- Solenoid valve control element and circuit failure

- Solenoid valve mechanical failure

- Check or replace components and lines

- Remove the solenoid valve, repair or replace it

5) The concentrated water pressure cannot reach the rated value.

- Pipeline leakage

- The flushing solenoid valve is not fully closed

- Leakage of recovery system

- Check and repair the pipeline

- Check and replace the flushing solenoid valve

- Check and repair the recycling system

6) Product water quality deteriorates.

- Membrane be blocked and scaled

- Membrane junction seal aging failure

- Chemical cleaning according to technical requirements

- Replace the O-ring

- Replace the membrane
