Industrial reverse osmosis ro water system This is we produce 45m3ph RO system for Guatemalan client Source water test report: Total hardness: 192PPM Conductivity: >200us/cm. TDS: 112 PPM Treated water TDS ≤2ppm. This is an industrial reverse osmosis system for shampoo production in Guatemala. The water source comes from well water with a conductivity of 200us/cm and good water quality. After RO treatment, it is used to produce detergents. According to the user's water requirements and the factory site planning drawings, the factory room space is limited. We decided that the process consists of the following: Automatic chlorination device-raw water tank-boosting pump-quartz sand filter-activated carbon filter-softener-antiscalant dosing device-reducing agent dosing device-precision filter-high pressure pump-RO-UV-water production tank Pre-filtration consists of: 2 quartz sand filters (in parallel), 2 activated carbon filters (in parallel), and 1 softener as RO pretreatment. All valves are composed of electric butterfly valves to achieve fully automatic operation and automatic backwashing functions. RO skid part: consists of 7 RO membrane shells, each shell contains 6 membranes, a total of 42 membranes. Control panel: Mistubishi PLC and 10-inch HMI (human-machine interface) are used. The 30KW high-pressure pump is equipped with a variable frequency device . UV is used as the last step of sterilization to ensure that the water quality meets the standards.
