500LPH double RO Machine for Pharmacy

This was an order from our Sri lankan customer Mr Marapana.He inquired for an RO machine for pharmaceutical production last May in 2019. In view of our company's experience in designing and manufacturing water treatment plants for medical applications for other customers, I suggested to him that the design process of RO machine is very important due to the high standards of product water used in medical and pharmaceutical, etc, which requires double stage reverse osmosis in the treatment process.Mr Marapana thought my suggestion was good and asked for a detailed quote of 500L per hour. After communicating with all details on emails, Mr Marapana decided to place an order from us after deliberation.

Raw water tank → Raw water pump → Multi-media filter → Active carbon filter → Softening filter → Security filter → First-stage high-pressure pump → First-stage RO → Middle water tank → PH adjustment system → Second-stage high-pressure pump → Second pass RO → Pure water tank
