What is the deionized water filter system?

How does di water machine work?

Water enters the Electrodeionization (EDI) module, where electrical current is applied as a result it forces ions to move through the ion exchange resins and across the ion charged membranes… The ion exchange beds in the electrodeionized systems are regenerated continuously, also known as continuous Electrodeionization.
