Default configuration of Reverse osmosis plant

The reverse osmosis plant is equipped with a control panel by default, operated by a manual control switch, and can also be designed to be controlled by a PLC, including normal operation and cleaning of the plant.

Pretreatment filter

Each set of pretreatment filters is equipped with complete valves, monitoring instruments, internal connecting pipes, various accessories, etc.

1) The internal materials of the filter are in compliance with the regulations and can withstand the impact of water flow.

2) If the filter is equipped with a manhole, the manhole ensures that maintenance personnel can enter and exit and replace parts, and the inner surface of the manhole and manhole cover is flush with the inner surface of the container.

3) All internal devices, pipe fittings, parts, etc. of the container should be installed and fixed in the container before delivery to prevent missing parts and damage or loss during transportation.

Reverse osmosis plant

A complete reverse osmosis plant, including security filters, high-pressure pumps, reverse osmosis membrane components, supporting instruments, valves, piping systems and main frame, and chemical dosing and cleaning equipment, etc.

1) The water yield and water quality of the equipment, as well as other technical indicators meet the design requirements.

2) The liquid level sensor equipped with the water tank satisfies the requirements of the start-up and shutdown switching of the control system.

3) A low-pressure switch is installed at the inlet of the high-pressure pump, which will alarm and stop the pump when the pressure is low. The outlet is equipped with a high-pressure switch, which will alarm and stop the pump when the pressure is high.

4) The type selection of reverse osmosis membrane elements is based on the characteristics of water quality to select membranes with large water permeability, high desalination rate, good chemical stability and good mechanical strength.

5) The design water flux of the RO membrane element should be selected according to the low value of the water flux specified by the membrane element. A reasonable arrangement and combination should be selected to ensure the normal operation of the membrane elements and a reasonable cleaning cycle.

6) According to the characteristics and requirements of water quality, the types and dosing points of water supply are clearly given. The choice of chemical cleaning solution is determined according to the quality of the feed water and the characteristics of the selected reverse osmosis membrane components, and the types and requirements of the required drugs are put forward.

7) There are sufficient interfaces and valves on the main water supply pipe of the RO plant, the concentrated water pipes of each section, and the inlet and outlet pipes of the product water, so that they can be connected with the inlet and outlet pipes of the cleaning solution during cleaning.

8) The piping design of the whole system avoids dead ends to prevent the growth of bacteria

Chemical cleaning system

The chemical cleaning system includes cleaning water tanks, cleaning pumps and cleaning filters as well as pipes, valves, instruments, etc. All equipment should be built on a frame.
