· Demineralized water,Desalted water generally refers to the finished water obtained by removing impurities in water such as suspended solids, colloids and inorganic cations and anions using various water treatment processes. This can be done by distillation, reverse osmosis, ion exchange, or a combination of these methods.

· The reverse osmosis method uses a reverse osmosis membrane and uses the external pressure (such as the pressure of a water pump) as a driving force to force water molecules in the raw water to pass through the membrane selectively to achieve the purpose of removing salts and impurities, so that the water Get purified. Whole system use full automatically control model, both model can be exchanged accordingly. Sand filter with auto and manual back flush.The RO system automatic flushing at each start-up and shutdown. High water level auto stop, low water level auto start.Pump protected without water.Protected when no power, poor power, larger electrical current, leakage, short circuit.

Source  tank →Feed water pump→ Muti-media filter(sands filter)→ Active carbon filter→ Water softener（or inhibitor dosing）→Cartridge/Security/Micro filter→High-pressure/Centrifugal pump→ Reverse Osmosis system→ RO purified  tank→EDI system →DM water→15MΩ/cm outlet water

E: Why need to provide the source water quality report? 

1.The source water quality report can help engineers better understand the parameters of various indicators n the raw water, like the amount of all kinds of ions, bacteria, etc. Provide feasibility solution based on various parameter of raw water.

2. TDS(Total dissolved solid) and residual chlorine value is very import. before designing the proposal, engineers select high different pressure pumps with different pressures based on TDS value to make sure that the system can produce the clean water normally. Select the appropriate stainless steel material based on the residual chlorine to avoid the water leakage caused by corrosion.

3.From water analysis report can see the iron and manganese, turbidity, bacteria whether exceed the standard. Engineers can design the process flow chart and solution which best fit the demand to help reduce unnecessary expense which can help customers save the cost.

4. Engineers design the DM water plant suitable proposal based on raw water quality report and product water purpose/standard which can operate normally and best fit the customer demand.
