Security filter The structure of the security filter meets the requirements of quick filter element replacement, the discharge valve is provided on the water pipe entering the security filter. High pressure pump The high-pressure pump adopts a vertical multi-stage water pump, and the materials of the pipes and accessories are made of stainless steel. The outlet of the high-pressure pump is equipped with a slow-opening device (to control the opening speed of the valve) and a pressure switch to prevent the membrane module from being impacted by high-pressure water and to alarm and stop the pump when the delayed pressure is high. For the impact of high pressure water on the membrane module and the delayed high pressure alarm and pump stop signal, a pressure switch is installed. The sealing method considers corrosion resistance and mechanical seal. The inlet of the reverse osmosis feed pump is equipped with a pressure switch, which will alarm and stop the pump when the pressure is low. The outlet is equipped with a high pressure switch, which can alarm and stop the pump when the pressure is high. Reverse osmosis system equipment The Reverse osmosis system equipment is set up as a series of 2 units, each of which can be operated individually or simultaneously. The selection of reverse osmosis membrane elements is based on the characteristics of water quality to select membranes with large water permeability, high desalination rate, good chemical stability and good mechanical strength. The designed water flux of the RO membrane element should be selected according to the low value of the water flux specified by the membrane element. And a reasonable arrangement and combination should be selected to ensure the normal operation of the membrane elements and a reasonable cleaning cycle. According to the characteristics and requirements of water quality, the types of dosing and dosing points are clearly given. The selection of chemical cleaning fluid is determined according to the water quality and the characteristics of the selected reverse osmosis membrane module, and the types and requirements of the required drugs are proposed. There are enough ports and valves on the main water supply pipe of the RO device, each section of concentrated water pipes, and the inlet and outlet pipes of product water, so as to be connected with the inlet and outlet pipes of cleaning liquid during cleaning. The RO concentrated water drainage is equipped with a flow control valve (solenoid valve) to control the water recovery rate. The RO unit is designed to avoid back pressure on the membrane elements. The RO device inlet pipe and product water pipe are provided with sampling points, and the number and location of the sampling points can effectively diagnose and determine the operating status of the system. Cleaning system Cleaning equipment includes cleaning box, cleaning pump, security filter, cleaning box electric heater, pipes, valves, instruments, etc. All equipment should be assembled on a chassis to form a unit. The material and anti-corrosion coating of the cleaning system should be suitable for the cleaning fluid used. The cleaning box is equipped with an electric heater. Flushing system The flushing system includes flushing pumps, valves, pipes, etc. When the high-pressure pump is designed to stop the pump, the flushing pump is linked. The control of the flushing system adopts automatic program operation and local operation. Reverse osmosis system instrument The number of monitoring instruments configured in the system should meet the needs of safe, stable and reliable operation of the system. Flow measurement sampling point: each reverse osmosis feed water, total product water, and cleaning water (after the security filter) are equipped with local flow indicators. Pressure measurement and sampling points: the inlet and outlet of each RO section are equipped with local pressure indicators, etc.; the inlet and outlet of the reverse osmosis feed pump are equipped with pressure switches. Analysis instrument measurement sampling point: two security filter inlets (main pipe) are equipped with automatic SDI instrument; liquid level measurement sampling point: cleaning water tank is equipped with liquid level gauge (with liquid level alarm signal), and the corresponding interlocking start and stop the pump is realized function.
