Dosing device

The dosing device is based on the metering pump as the main dosing equipment, including the dissolving tank, agitator, liquid level gauge, safety valve, check valve, pressure gauge, filter, buffer, pipeline, valve, base, escalator, The automatic monitoring system, power control system, etc. are assembled on a common platform according to the process flow to form a module, which is the so-called skid-mounted combined unit. Put a certain amount of medicine into the stirring solution tank for stirring and dissolving according to the needs, and then pump it to the dosing point through the working process after dissolving. The dosage can be adjusted freely to meet the needs of different dosage places.

The dosing device adopts a mechatronic structure, which can be divided into fixed type and mobile type (trolley type) from the installation point of view. Each type of dosing device is equipped with a stirring system, a dosing system and an automatic control system. . Several fixed skids can be combined into a whole, together with the frequency conversion control system, it can realize local control, remote automatic control, manual and automatic mutual conversion and dosing. The auxiliary dosing device has the advantages of compact structure, small size, low noise, stable operation, simple installation, and convenient operation and use.

The dosing process can be operated manually, or can be automatically controlled by PC, magnetic flap level gauge, PH meter, stroke controller, frequency converter and other electrical appliances and instruments, making the dosing device a mechatronic product.

Back pressure valve

The function of the back pressure valve is as follows

1. The one-way valve on the outlet pipe is used to prevent liquid backflow, and the back pressure valve is used to maintain a constant pressure at the pump outlet.

2. Used in conjunction with the pulsation damper to reduce the harm of water hammer to the system, reduce the peak value of flow velocity fluctuations, and protect pipelines, elbows and joints from the impact of pressure fluctuations. Self-flow or siphon phenomenon often occurs at the water outlet of the pump due to gravity or other effects, and the back pressure valve can reduce the flow and pressure fluctuations caused by siphon.

Safety valve

The outlet of the metering pump cannot hold pressure. When the pressure at the outlet of the pump is too high, the safety valve will open to allow the pump to flow back to the solution tank to relieve the pressure and protect the pump.

Damper

The metering pump is a reciprocating pump. During the working process of the pump, a certain pulse will be formed, which will have a bad effect on the entire pipeline. Therefore, a pulse damper is required to eliminate the pulse.

The working principle of the pulse damper: During the discharge stroke of the reciprocating pump, the gas in the pulse damper is compressed, and the amount of liquid in the pulse damper increases, which stores a part of the liquid discharged from the reciprocating pump into the pulse damper, reducing the flow peak , During the suction stroke of the reciprocating pump, the air in the pulsation damper expands, and the liquid in the pulsation damper flows out to supplement the pipeline flow and increase the valley value of the pipeline flow, thereby reducing the flow pulsation of the pipeline.
