Haiyuan water treatment factory can produce 100L/hr, 250L/hr, 500L/hr,1000L/hr, 10m3/hr to 100m3/hr etc. The capacity of Brackish water systems|brackish water ro system|brackish water treatmentis customized based on the difference TDS and source water quality.
1.Design basic：
Feed water TDS 5000PPM
2. Client should supply basic condition：
Plant size: 6.5m*1m*1.8m, required floor smooth, floor ground should have drain trench.
Site water supply ability bigger 11t/h. Water quality basic steady， pressure steady， User power supply:18KW
3.Control method:
Whole system use full/semi automatically control model, both model can be exchanged accordingly. Sand Carbon filter & water softener with auto and manual back flush.The RO system automatic flushing at each startup and shutdown. High water level auto stop, low water level auto start. Pump protected without water.
Protected when no power, poor power, larger electrical current, leakage, short circuit
3. Process flow:
Source water tank →Feed water pump → mutimedia filter(sands filter) → active carbon filter →Antiscalant dosing device → Security filter→RO permeat tank→use point

Delivery / Payment /Warranty /Installation:
1) Delivery time: Within 40 working days after receiving your first payment.
2) Terms of payment: 40% deposit by TT for order confirmation and balance before shipment.
3) Quality Warranty: we will supply 2(two) years factory quality guarantee for key parts like Pretreatment vessel /pump / membrane / PLC control etc ( but not include the human damage or wrong operation), consumables like filters are not in the guarantee scope
4) Installation & Training: We can arrange engineers for installation and training according to contract conditions, buyer part will pre-pay the Fees include Visa application / Tickets ( double journey ) / Salary USD120 per day during the installation time /safe insurance for the engineer, Seller has the responsibility to finish assembling & training until the buyer know and operate the machine well.
Note: TDS variations and temperature changes will cause variation in the system running.
