A: Industrial water deionized description
Deionized water: Deionized water prepared by non-heat treatment using ion exchange method, reverse osmosis method, mixed bed method, EDI electric desalination method. That is, deionized water refers to pure water after removing impurities in the form of ions. Deionized water is commonly referred to as "ultra-pure water" or "18 megohm water" in the semiconductor industry.

Why need to provide the source water quality report?
1.The source water quality report can help engineers better understand the parameters of various indicators n the raw water, like the amount of all kinds of ions, bacteria, etc. Provide feasibility solution based on various parameter of raw water.
2. TDS(Total dissolved solid) and residual chlorine value is very import. before designing the proposal, engineers select high different pressure pumps with different pressures based on TDS value to make sure that the system can produce the clean water normally. Select the appropriate stainless steel material based on the residual chlorine to avoid the water leakage caused by corrosion.
3.From water analysis report can see the iron and manganese, turbidity, bacteria whether exceed the standard. Engineers can design the process flow chart and solution which best fit the demand to help reduce unnecessary expense which can help customers save the cost.
4. Engineers design the deionized water system suitable proposal based on raw water quality report and product water purpose/standard which can operate normally and best fit the customer demand.
